"My husband and I brought a 2008 Road King this spring. Brian was our salesmen, and was especially helpful getting in the bike my husband wanted. About a month after getting the bike my husband became to ill to ride. So one night when I was at my Riders Edge class I saw a side car sitting in the dealership and asked Brian if it was for sale and would it fit the Road King. Brian quickly got the information together for me that night. Within a few weeks the side car was mounted and the rest has been history. "The bike I purchased is more then I imagined, it handles unbelievably and the power is awesome. I keep getting compliments on the bike wherever I go. I have to say I made the right choice on this model, this is the 4th bike I’ve bought from TSI, my first was a sporty, and the other two were Softails, the Fat Bob has made me a big fan of the Dyna family, I think Harley has a winner here.
I also want to touch on the professionalism of the sale, no hard sell for extended warranty, GAP insurance, etc, just straight talk. Bill's updates and responses to my e-mails and questions were always timely and he was pleasant throughout the experience. It’s the staff at TSI that keeps me coming back and will always have me as a loyal customer, I have always dealt with Harry in the past and it was good to see with Bill Fleet there was no skip in the beat.
Also, Pam's help in apparel landed me a very comfortable helmet, gloves, and transitional glasses. Norm in the customization department was also a big help.

"I spotted my 2005 Sportster on the TSI web page in early winter of 2006, and ended up purchasing it in Spring 2007.
I liked the no-pressure sales tactic and no nonsense atmosphere. What struck me is how I was welcomed at the dealership, and as I purchased accessories and such before delivery I felt as though I was a welcomed addition to the dealership. They even delivered my bike to my home and again made me feel welcomed as a Harley owner.

"I bought my first Harley from TSI when Harry's father was over by Crystal Lake and was just getting started in the Harley business.
It was a blue sportster.
That was back in 73/74, I believe,or there abouts.
I have gotten all my Harleys from TSI.And I have purchased
a few these past years.
Today I'm a proud owner of an 06 Electraglide Classic, huh Blue.Think I saw that color mentioned somewhere else.
I've never been treated as Just a customer but more like part of the TSI family.

"I walked in not even sure I wanted to trade my bike in and not sure I could get financing. I fell in love with a 2005 VRod and the sales department went to work. Two days later I said goodbye to my '98 Dyna and rode off on my new bike. They do an amazing job and were very helpful. "I live in Newtown, which is close to 80 miles from TSI! I was in the market for a Screaming Eagle V-Rod and checked prices of closer dealerships. A friend mentioned I should call TSI which I did. Bill gave me a price which no other dealership would beat (even given the chance to and they all said no). I completed the deal over the phone! Staff at TSI is first rate and down to earth. They even allowed me to bring the bike in on a Saturday for it's 1000 mile service so I could ride it up and bring it back the same day, now that's service that brings a smile to my face. "I must commend your staff. Last June I was in the market to purchase my third motorcycle. A new Buell XB12R and first shopped at another dealership, were I had purchased two other Harleys in the past. The sales staff at the other dealership, made me feel like they were uninterested in my business and I left.
I gave TSI a call and spoke to Bill from sales and your dealership had exactly what I was looking for.
I told Bill that I would like to look at the bike but could not make it to your dealership before it closed; Bill said that that was not a problem and would stay until I arrived (Now that’s customer service). Needless to say I was treated like a VIP and purchased my motorcycle from Bill that night.
I have had the bike for almost a year and enjoy it very much.
Your entire staff has been very friendly and helpful every time I stop in to browse or purchase accessories.

"I purchased a 2005 1200 Custom Sportster recently, and can't be more happy with all aspects of TSI in Ellington. Everyone goes out of their way to assist me in any way they can, and being new to motorcycling, this means a great deal to me. I've had a stage 1 kit put on my bike, several parts, and had a 1000 mile service also so far. Bottom line is they do a great job. Could'nt be happier. I think that anyone who is contimplating buying a bike, will be very happy with this A1 dealership. "
