| "About noon yesterday, April 3rd, I dropped in at T.S.I. with my 98' Road King® up on a flatbed tow truck. The fork lock would not release fo the bike could only move in circles. The compliments go to your Service Manager, the young woman at the service desk, and the men in your service department for their professionalism and immediate attention to my unexpected needs. They first looked for a short term fix to get me going again, and when that couldn't be done, they took great care to get my Road King off the tow truck and move it with a forklift into your shop. I apologize for no being able to give you the names of the people involved. They all introduced themselves as I met them, but my mind was on my bike. I know you must be proud of your staff."
