We ordered our 2013 Anniversary TriGlide on the first day you could order it. Jake kept looking for one for us and finally we brought our bike home early in October. Jake and the company act with such integrity we would only purchase our bike with him & TSI. (When we were waiting for our Trike, another HD dealership approached us and wanted to sell us the Anniversary Trike but for $10,000.00 more - Unbelievable!!!) We love our Trike and I have to say our experience and continued experience with TSI is a great pleasure. Lou (aka Granny) stops by frequently and I come along to keep him out of trouble.. LOL, but we purchase all our apparel there too. I could not find a jacket and Krystle found one for me that fits pretty good, gloves, shoes, & helmet. All of it, I bought them other places because they were less expensive but I found out you get what you pay for and I ended up going TSI. Krystle spends the time to make sure it fits properly. That is especially important for a newbie motorcycle owner like me. Lou had the Trike serviced for the 1st 1000 miles and the service was excellent too. We cant say enough about TSI and how glad we are we bought the Trike there. To Harry and your entire TSI team, what can I say, you guys and girls are awesome. Just took delivery of my 2013 Anniversary Edition Tri Glide on 1/25. This is my 3rd purchase with TSI- a new 91 Sportster, a new 09 Dyna Fatbob, (keeping this bad boy). This maybe my last purchase, at 66 years, we dont know how much time we have left. I put a deposit on this trike in Aug, 2012. Bill in sales kept me informed of the status every 2-3 weeks. In Oct. he confirmed with me that they were definitely getting another trike, and that it would be around the 1st of the year. The Trike arrived on 1/21. Of course, I had to be there to take pictures of it coming off the truck. Im a little anal but that is just the way I am. During that week they installed a few goodies on it. The service dept. and parts dept. were awesome in getting this completed. Then it was delivered to my house on 1/25 by Steve and that was the frosting on the cake. If anyone is looking for a new or used bike or trike, save your time and money and visit TSI. Just stopping by and having a cup of coffee is a pleasure. Every one is so friendly and helpful, its like walking into a candy store when you were a kid, only the candy is a little more expensive now. Harry thanks again to you and entire staff. My experience with TSI is nothing less than perfect. I just bought a 2013 Road Glide 110 year anniverary CVO and it is spectacular. Jake walked me thru the entire bike sight unseen and eased all the anxiety that comes with the purchase of a bike prior to actually seeing and touching it. Dan in financing patiently reviewed every document down to the smallest detail. The machine far exceeded my expectaions. The knowledge of the entire TSI staff and the high value placed on customer service are unsurpassed in my 33 years of riding Harley Davidson's. I purchased a brand new 2013 Road glide in Candy Orange my salesman Jake was fantastic he helped me with a lot of questions and concerns I had. i originally owned an 05 Road glide that I sold and was looking at a 13 Street glide and he told me flat out if i went to a street glide from a road gklide I wouldnt be happy and he was right. I absolutely love my bike and look forward to putting on many miles. I will travel to you from Ma whisch is usually a 45min ride for anything I need. brought my 95 road king in for service for a minor item and while they had it they noticed a broken motor mount i had not detected they called me and fixed it on the spot without haveing to return for another appointment. thanks to thier knowelge and expertise i am back on the road safe again! many thanks to the guys in service! I've been coming to TSI since I was a kid to drool on the motorcycles there,(Crystal Lake store at that time). After many used bikes I bought my first new Harley in 2006 at the Columbia store,(a Road King), which served me well. I recently traded the Road King in on a new Electra Glide Utra Limited at the present location. I was given a really good trade value for my old bike and treated very well by the whole staff. I was introduced to people in each department as they explained to me what they had or could get for me or for my new bike. There was no rush and any questions were answered fully. From the minute I walked in the dealership, till the second I drove off with my bike the experience was a pleasant one. No tremendous pressure from the sales team. I knew the bike I wanted before I walked in and Todd my sales guy educated me more on the bike thruout the day and again with no hard pressure. There is a reason why people drive farther and past other dealerships to go to TSI. Not only is the customer service exceptional, but all of the staff is knowledgeable of the products, and are always willing to help and answer questions. I have been to other dealerships in the state, and they are not as personable or friendly as the staff at TSI. I ALWAYS tell people shopping for a bike to go to TSI. TSI doesn't just treat you like a customer, they treat you like family. I'm glad I bought my bike at TSI.

I had a bike picked out at another dealership and I went on the internet the next day and saw my next bike. The staff at TSI was very laid back not pressuring me only to give it a test ride, I new I was buying that bike anyway. With out seeing my motorcycle at the time the deal was $2300 more for my trade than the other dealer and I put a deposit on a bike the day before, but the way I was treated at TSI and the deal I couldn't pass it up. Then on my way home I stopped at the other dealer to let them know I got a better deal so a half hour later they matched TSI's deal but in my heart was the first time deal at TSI, so thanks all who helped me out, Jeff Shover.

Ever since buying my 02 Roadking there and having the service dept build the engine
all I can say is this is a top notch dealership. The bike runs like a scalded dog
Everyone that I've dealt with there including parts and clothing has been terrific. Each time I'm there I'm greeted by a group of friendly and knowledgeable people who make it a pleasure to do business with.
I'd highly recommend TSI to anyone who owns a Harley, once you go there you'll never go anywhere else!!

The service that I Received on 9/26/11 was Above and beyond any service I have ever received, (5 stars). The workman ship was Phenomenal and my 1200 never ran better. The service manager was knowledgeable and helpful, and the cost was very reasonabile. I recommend T S I to all my riding friends and Family .

The overall experience at TSI Ellington was a productive an enjoyable one. Tom and Bill in sales took the time to let me test drive two bikes and met with me a number of times over a three week period. They let me take my time and did not push the sale...that meant much to me. Alexandra in finance was very thorough and ensured she explained every detail of the agreement and benefits of purchasing from their dealership. Crystal in apparel was one of the best retail assistants I have had the pleasure to work with. She is a seasoned professional who knows all about the trade and the Harley brand. Dan, the service manager, was the best I have ever met in my thirty years of buying cars and bikes. He knows the Harley engines and bikes well. He gave me a detailed brief of how servicing my bike fits into the owner's successful riding experience. He also briefed me on what his department can do to enhance the performance and look of my bike. Parts also spent time showing me the myriad of things I can acquire to customize my riding experience. You can always shop around, and if your are willing to drive, probably get a bike cheeper than buying in Connecticut. All dealerships have to make a living too...else buy selling cheeper coupled with hi sales volume or more pricy with great service. TSI I believe is a good mix of both. The overall user experience and professional staff is well worth a few extra dollars...and TSI Ellington has one of the best staffs of any dealership I have worked with. Overall all I believe there is great value from buying with TSI Ellington!

I really want to thank the crew at TSI for an extremely positive experience. I originally met Crystal, who took the time to help me get a pair of prescription Wiley Xs (which are awesome btw). That experience brought me back soon after which led me to speak with Tom about everything I wanted in a bike. He was very acommodating and took the time to listen, make recommendations, and set up time to take test drives. Jake rode with me and after getting back we talked about future customizations. The purchase process went smooth and at no point did I feel any pressure to purchase. Tom made sure that what I was about to buy fit my needs and the type of riding I was to be doing.
From a newer rider standpoint, Crystal, Tom, and Jake really sold TSI on me. Very comfortable atmosphere, great people, and because of this they have a loyal customer who will definitely be back, even if it is just to say hi.

Really pleased with overall satisfaction with T.S.I. they went up and beyond expectations with helping me get my first toy. First of all by treating me as one of the family and not just a sale. I was in on Saturday Apr. 9th, parts and service were both very busy and Dan & Justin were both able to help me out and take care of my needs. Being a Automotive Service Manager myself I know the importance of great customer service. Your staff delivers that great service time and time again!!! And thats why I prefer driving to your dealership even though there are others closer to my house.
